2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the provision of software development, website design, mobile application, corporate identity, logo and digital design services requested by the Buyer through the Seller's website or electronic channels. The scope, delivery time and price of the service are set out in the quotation/order form approved by both parties.
3. Price and Payment

4. Performance and Delivery
The service is performed within the period stated in the quotation, starting from the date the Buyer supplies all required content, images and information in full. Delays caused by the Buyer are added to the delivery period. Digital delivery is made to the e-mail address given by the Buyer or via the agreed digital channel.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. However, under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the portion already performed where performance has begun with the Buyer's consent. Nor does the right of withdrawal apply to goods prepared to the Buyer's individual specifications (custom logo, custom software, bespoke design). Notice of withdrawal must be sent in writing to [email protected]; refunds are made within 14 days of receipt, using the original payment method.
6. Revisions and Acceptance
The number of revisions stated in the quotation is free of charge; requests beyond that number are charged separately. If no written objection is raised within 7 days of delivery, the work is deemed accepted.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon payment of the service fee in full, the usage rights to the delivered final work pass to the Buyer. All rights remain with the Seller until full payment is received. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Seller reserves the right to display the completed work as a reference.
8. Dispute Resolution
Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
