6. Transfers

Your data may be transferred to our hosting, e-mail and infrastructure suppliers and to legally authorised public authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and limited to the stated purposes.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
To request erasure or destruction of data where the conditions are met,
To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
To object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis,
To claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

You may submit requests relating to your rights, together with information verifying your identity, to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
