Your data may be transferred to our hosting, e-mail and infrastructure suppliers and to legally authorised public authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and limited to the stated purposes.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- To request erasure or destruction of data where the conditions are met,
- To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
- To object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis,
- To claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.
8. How to Apply
You may submit requests relating to your rights, together with information verifying your identity, to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
